Callaway Plumbing is an Arizona-based, family owned company providing expertise and quality work to the place we have called home for generations. Callaway Plumbing is founded by Mike Callaway, a licensed plumber with over 20-years of experience and a passion for every part of the business. From hands-on plumbing to strategy and marketing, our founder’s wealth of experience in the plumbing business allows every member of our team to learn from the best and for our clients to receive the highest standard of work. We take pride in staying up to date with the latest practices and equipment to ensure we deliver expert-level service with confidence and kindness.

A licensed CPA with over 30-years of experience as an accountant and controller of a major construction company, Tausha knows the business from both a large and small scale ensuring every size project, whether it’s your home or business, is done to up to standard. Callaway Plumbing knows that taking care of our community means respecting both our clients’ needs and budget.

Mike Callaway
Mike is a fourth generation Phoenician with a love for the place he comes from and a passion for helping those in his community. The joy in his life comes from raising his four boys, and now spending quality time with his five grandkids. When he’s not on the job, you can find him on the lake, enjoying the sun and the waves. His extensive over 20-year background in plumbing has equipped him to run his own company and he’s excited to share his expertise with his team and community. Having done every part of the business, Mike knows it’s more than just knowledge of the trade that makes a good plumbing technician. He’s excited to lead a legacy with this company and create long-lasting careers for those working with him. His partnership with his wife is the glue of Callaway Plumbing as they bring their different skillsets together to create their dream. With love and support from his family, Mike is excited to share his passion for the plumbing business with Arizona.
Tausha Callaway
Tausha moved to Arizona in 1978 and has been living in the desert ever since. As a graduate from ASU and a CPA with an extensive accounting career, she is ready to bring her wide range of business knowledge to the Callaway Plumbing team. She has raised two girls who are the light of her life. She loves traveling the world, reality TV and can be seen spending time on the lake with Mike, friends and family. Tausha is excited to utilize her accounting skills to help lift up Arizona families by finding the best prices for each and every Callaway Plumbing client. She’s proud of the partnership her and her husband have created and she’s looking forward to helping her community while doing so.
